Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions (SMS)
Garrhs LLC (“Garrhs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a wholly owned subsidiary of American Dream Home Services, operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). By opting in to participate in the Program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description:
Subject to end-user opt-in, Garrhs LLC may periodically send SMS/text messages related to your relationship with us, including but not limited to:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service updates and technician arrival notifications
- SMS payment links, receipts, and billing notifications
- Care-related notifications and follow-up communications
- Customer support and account-related messages
Messages are sent using Zuper Connect, our field service management and customer communications platform. Message frequency may vary based on service activity and customer interaction.
2. User Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, service forms, phone calls, or other authorized methods, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Garrhs LLC at the mobile number provided.
You represent that:
- You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided
- Your consent is not a condition of any purchase
- You understand messages may be sent using automated technology
3. Message & Data Rates:
Garrhs does not charge for SMS messages sent through the Program. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. User Opt-Out & Support:
You may opt out of the Program at any time.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe
- Reply HELP for assistance
After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-opt in.
5. Privacy & Data Use:
Your participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information, including phone numbers, text message content, or SMS opt-in data and consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all data-sharing categories and will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to provide the messaging service or as required by law.
6. Program Availability & Disclaimer:
The Program is provided on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas or on all mobile carriers at all times. Garrhs is not responsible for any failed, delayed, or misdirected messages.
7. Modifications:
We may modify or discontinue the Program or these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
